1

Find your tracking number

Your tracking number (also called a consignment number or CN number) is sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp by the courier or seller after your order is dispatched. Check your messages for a number from TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx, Trax, or whichever courier the seller uses.

2

Go to trackmyorder.pk

Visit the homepage at trackmyorder.pk. You do not need to create an account or log in — tracking is completely free for all buyers.

3

Enter your tracking number

Type or paste your tracking number into the search box on the homepage. If you know which courier is delivering your parcel, select it from the dropdown. If you are not sure, select Auto-Detect and the system will identify it automatically.

4

Press Track and view your status

Click the Track button. Within seconds you will see the current delivery status, all transit checkpoints (scanned locations), and the estimated delivery date — pulled directly from the courier's live system.

Tips for accurate tracking

  • Enter the tracking number exactly as it appears in your SMS — no spaces or dashes unless the SMS includes them.
  • Wait at least 2–6 hours after receiving the tracking number. The parcel needs to be physically scanned at the courier's facility before status appears.
  • If tracking shows 'In Transit' for more than 3 business days without an update, call the courier's helpline and quote your tracking number.
  • For TCS, you can also track by sending your CN number via SMS to 8225 or by calling 111-123-456.
  • For Leopards, SMS your tracking number to 0300-0786-100 for an update.
  • For M&P, WhatsApp your tracking number to 0311-5223778.

Frequently asked questions

How can I track my order with just the order number?

An order number from a shop or website is different from a courier tracking number. To track your parcel, you need the courier tracking number — usually sent to your phone via SMS when the seller dispatches your order. If you only have your order number, log into the store you bought from and look for a 'Track Order' button, which will show you the courier tracking number.

How do I track my parcel without a tracking number?

Without a tracking number it is very difficult to track a parcel. The easiest option is to contact the seller directly — they have the tracking number in their courier booking system. Alternatively, call the courier's helpline and provide your name, phone number, and the approximate delivery date so they can look it up manually.

How do I track my delivery if my tracking says 'No Record Found'?

This usually happens when the parcel has just been booked but not yet scanned at the courier's facility. Wait 2–6 hours after receiving the tracking number and try again. Also make sure you are entering the number exactly as it appeared in the SMS — no extra spaces or dashes.

Can I track multiple parcels at once?

Yes. On trackmyorder.pk you can enter multiple tracking numbers separated by commas to check the status of several shipments from the same courier in one search.

How do I know which courier has my parcel?

Check the SMS or WhatsApp message sent by the seller when they dispatched your order — it will usually mention the courier name alongside the tracking number. Common identifiers: TCS tracking numbers start with 777, Leopards numbers are 10–14 digits, PostEx numbers often start with PE, and Trax numbers start with TRX.

How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

Same-day delivery is available from TCS, Leopards, M&P, and PostEx in major cities. Standard city-to-city delivery typically takes 1–2 business days between Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Remote areas take 3–5 business days. International shipments via TCS (UPS) or M&P (FedEx) take 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
