14-Digit Tracking Numbers — Which Courier?
If you have a 14-digit tracking number, it is most likely from one of these three couriers:
1. PostEx
PostEx (formerly Call Courier) uses 12–14 digit tracking numbers, often starting with 'P' or 'PE'. If your seller is using COD delivery and you received a 14-digit number starting with P, it's almost certainly PostEx.
2. Trax
Trax uses 14-digit alphanumeric tracking numbers. They may start with 'TRX' or just be a 14-digit numeric string, depending on the shipment type.
3. Leopards (newer e-commerce accounts)
Leopards migrated many of its e-commerce API accounts to 14-digit tracking numbers in recent years. Older Leopards retail accounts still use 9–10 digit numbers.
